Shipping Policy

Smith Watches ships to addresses within the 50 United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free shipping

All US orders ship free with tracking included. No minimum purchase required.

Where we ship from

Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse at 1991 Del Amo Blvd, Suite 204, Torrance, CA 90501. Smith Watches is operated by Kiefer Capital, a Swiss-registered sole proprietorship with registered office in Unterengstringen, Switzerland (Swiss UID CHE-425.238.318).

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected by our warehouse based on destination and package profile. All shipments include tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before 14:00 PT begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00 PT, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Transit time

  • Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Transit: 3-7 business days within the continental US
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: 5-10 business days

Transit times are estimates. Carrier delays, severe weather, and federal holidays may extend delivery. Once a package is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Tracking

You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as the carrier picks up your order. You can also track the order from the order-status page linked in your order confirmation.

Address restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
  • Freight-forwarder addresses

Failed delivery

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment may incur additional shipping fees.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@smith-official.com within 7 days of the carrier's expected delivery date. Include the order number and photos of any damage. We file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement or issue a refund as soon as the claim is acknowledged.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable state and local rates. There are no customs fees, import duties, or VAT for US domestic shipments.
