We accept returns for 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Restocking fee
Smith Watches charges a 0% restocking fee. The full purchase price of the item is refunded once the return is approved.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging including the watch box, paperwork, warranty card, and any included accessories. You also need the order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at support@smith-official.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and any instructions. Items shipped back without a prior return authorization will be refused at our warehouse.
Return shipping costs
If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent, we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label. For all other returns, including change-of-mind, the customer pays return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service since we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include clear photographs of the item and the packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
- Custom or personalized products, including engraved or specially configured watches
- Final-sale items and clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without a prior return authorization
- Items returned in worse condition than delivered (worn, scratched, missing parts, missing original packaging or tags)
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
We notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit to your account. If 15 business days have passed since approval and the refund has not arrived, contact support@smith-official.com.
