Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: California residents can opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for targeted advertising by emailing support@smith-official.com with the subject "CCPA Opt-Out" and including the email address used to place orders. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser.

To submit any other CCPA request, email support@smith-official.com. We will verify your identity before processing the request and respond within 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Other US state privacy rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising. Submit requests to support@smith-official.com.

International users (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR and equivalent laws to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to operate the business, fulfill orders, comply with tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Order records are typically retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee perfect security. Do not send sensitive information through unsecured channels.

Children's privacy

The store is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can delete it.
